Reseña del editor:
Tom Redmond is a former cop turned lawyer in upstate New York. He couldn't be prouder of his 24-year-old daughter, Jane, who works as an investigative journalist for the Washington Post. And she's ready to break a major, front-page story about one of the most powerful Senators in Congress. But the night before the story is about to break, Jane mysteriously disappears from her apartment. It's commonly accepted by law enforcement officers that if an abducted victim isn't found within the first 48 hours after a kidnapping, the odds of that person being found alive are very slim. Suspecting foul play, Tom Redmond drives to Washington, confronts the corrupt Senator, and then takes matters into his own hands.
