Sara Paston-Williams is an author, journalist, lecturer and broadcaster who specialises in food and food history. Her recent books include Good Old-fashioned Jams, Preserves and Chutneys, Good Old-fashioned Puddings and The Art of Dining. She lives in Cornwall.
