Peter Berresford Ellis aka Peter Tremayne and Peter MacAlan (born 1943) is a historian, literary biographer and novelist. A prolific writer and a leading authority on the Celts, his Sister Fidelma historical mystery series have proved hugely popular. Peter Haining (1940Ð2007) was a prolific writer and editor on subjects ranging from crime and horror to witchcraft and fantasy.
