Spine caps are softened with chipping, fraying at the head. Brief notation in pencil on the front paste-down. Otherwise, pages are lightly age-toned, smooth and unmarked. Binding is tight. The five candidates expounding on passages of books written in Greek. The person chosen was Dr Henry Jackson ; his passage was from Plato's Cratylus.164 pages.
